A logged user (as Master member) can edit by yourself project permissions

A user with Master permission for a project is able to change his level: if he changes from master to Guest, he can't undo the operation! I think that all user can't change by yourself his member level, but only for others Team members. Same behavior expected for Block and Destroy button (that must be disabled).
