Downloading a MSI file from the Files tab shows file content in web browser

Steps to reproduce

1. Add any MSI file, commit and push the project to your GitLab instance
2. Navigate to the file under Files tab on your GitLab instance
3. Click on Download

Expected behavior

The file is downloading as would any binary file

Observed behavior

The file is displayed (mime-type=text/plain) in the browser as would be a text file Chrome tells me its mime-type is text/plain.

Possible fix

Add a mime-type for .msi as application/octet-stream
