Unable to disable gravatar in 4.0 stable

Since upgrade to 4.0, I'm unable to disable gravatar support even if I change gravatar -> enabled to false in config/gitlab.yml. Gravatars still show up after restarting Gitlab.

• System: Debian testing with nginx and mysql
