Cannot download static files

Hi there,

If i want to download my uploaded file i get the following error:

Started GET "/uploads/note/attachment/1/test.zip" for 84.173.224.138 at 2012-12-24 13:15:53 +0100
Processing by ProjectsController#show as HTML
  Parameters: {"id"=>"uploads/note/attachment/1/test.zip"}
Completed 500 Internal Server Error in 2ms

NoMethodError (undefined method `id' for nil:NilClass):
  app/models/project.rb:104:in `find_with_namespace'
  app/controllers/application_controller.rb:69:in `project'

I tried this with apache (mod_proxy) and without it (84.173.224.138:3000). Same results.
