Commit breadcrumbs are broken

I'm a bit busy this week so hopefully someone else can fix this.

• Go to a project that has subfolders (GitLab itself is good)
• Go to Files
• Browse to app/models
• Click "History"
• Look at the breadcrumbs. "app" and "models" should be two links, but they're joined as one, including the slash.
• Also note the root link is just the current link, when it should be /project/commits/master, or whatever.
