network graph improvement/suggestions

I think it would be usefull (read: I would greatly appreciate)

• to extend the date indication with a year (especially for those long running project).
• add some indication of the position of the viewport towards the complete graph. Currently, I discovered that for some "small" projects, there are scrollbars visible when "mousedown", however if the project becomes a bit "older", these scrollbars don't appear anymore (e.g. when I pushed a copy of gitlabhq into my own gitlab installation, these scrollbars do not appear.
• keyboard navigation to the network graph would reduce my RSI (1 key pres + reslease, instead of point + klick down + drag + klick release + move back to original position for next drag).
