Gitlab without gravatar.com

Hi, I dont like to use Gravatar with my setup. I have no need for that in my local environment and i dont like gitlab speaking with other services on the net.

Is there a way to tell Gitlab not to use gravatar for Icons? I mean theres no need for sending requests or data to gravatar.
